G!RO VENUE HIRE

PERFECT, INTIMATE VENUE

G!RO is a wonderful venue for your event. Given its size and layout, it creates a lovely, intimate atmosphere for you and your guests. We remove many of the tables, change the lights to create space for mingling, and of course some dancing. The outside area is also lit and heated for your use. Our capacity for events is 80 persons.  

The venue is available for hire Friday or Saturday night only. 

COSTS

The flat cost of the venue hire is £350 from 7pm until 11pm with a minimum attendance of 30 persons. This gives you private use of the entire venue - including our outside space, as well as staff to host your event. 

There is a minimum spend of £1000 over the bar, which includes any food.

We offer a full drinks menu, including local craft beers on tap, wines & cocktails. Last order at the bar is strictly 11pm. 

For an additional cost per head we can provide a selection of tasty bar snacks for the evening.

If any of your guests have any special dietary requirements please discuss these with us and we will try our very best to ensure they don't feel left out!! This includes babies and little ones!

Should you wish to put a float behind the bar we can do so easily, and settle the tab at the end of the night. For special occasions we can also provide drinks on arrival - let us know if this is something you might require!

Music & Entertainment

The venue has a capable sound system that will keep you dancing late into the night. We can provide some playlists for you depending on the genre you wish. However we recommend you submit to us some of your own favourite spotify playlists ahead of time that we will play. 

To make your event extra special, we can also provide you with a DJ for £500 for the evening. Let us know and we can discuss these options for you.

We can also bring in special additions such as Photobooths & Light Boxes! Just let us know what you would like and we will do the rest.
